RN Unit Manager — Nurse Leadership Role (Albuquerque, NM)

Contract/Non-Travel position in Albuquerque, NM. Start date: Jul 07, 2026. 13-week assignment. Schedule: Mon–Fri. Local rate: $2360 per 40 hours.

We seek an experienced nursing leader to manage unit operations, staff, and patient care. The ideal candidate holds an active Registered Nurse license, recent nursing leadership experience, and current BLS certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and direct nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Oversee patient care activities including assessments, medication administration, and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to maintain efficient, safe patient care.
• Mentor, educate, and support professional development of nursing staff.
• Monitor compliance, conduct audits, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Respond to medical emergencies and activate protocols as needed.
