Core responsibilities

• Support the Physical Therapist in patient evaluations and implement prescribed treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic modalities and operate rehabilitation equipment safely and effectively.
• Teach and progress individualized exercise programs; provide patient and family education for home recovery.
• Document interventions and patient progress accurately and communicate with the PT and interdisciplinary team.
• Follow established safety and infection control procedures.
