Travel RN - Med-Surg/Telemetry Nights (Lima, OH) - 12hr Shift, $1,998/36hrs, Starts Jul 28, 2026

We’re seeking a skilled RN to join a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry team in Lima, OH on a contract/travel assignment starting July 28, 2026. This is a nights-only position (12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with every-other-weekend coverage and no on-call responsibilities. Compensation is $1,998 per 36 hours.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide focused, patient-centered care on a med-surg/telemetry unit.
• Monitor telemetry and interpret heart rhythms to detect changes early.
• Administer and titrate cardiac medications safely (examples include Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin, Cardene, Dobutamine, Lasix, Bumex).
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, including signs and symptoms of stroke, and intervene appropriately using critical-thinking skills.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure timely, evidence-based interventions.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Strong telemetry skills and confidence reading cardiac rhythms.
• Proven competence with cardiac meds and titration.
• Excellent critical thinking and assessment abilities, especially for acute changes and stroke recognition.
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications.
