Requirement:

• Valid, active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with patient evaluations to identify physical and functional limitations.
• Implement therapy interventions and activities to improve motor skills, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in the use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment.
• Document interventions, progress, and any changes in patient condition accurately and timely.
• Follow safety and infection-control procedures to maintain a safe therapy environment.
