Requirements

• Current, active Physical Therapy Assistant state license.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and implement prescribed treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
• Apply modalities and operate rehabilitation equipment safely and effectively.
• Teach and progress individualized exercise programs; educate patients and families on home-care strategies to support recovery.
• Document patient care accurately and communicate findings and progress with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team.
• Follow established safety, infection control, and facility protocols.
