Job Description
Contract travel opportunity in Great Falls, MT for a Progressive Care Unit (Stepdown) Registered Nurse. Start date: July 14, 2026. 13-week assignment, nights. Compensation: $1,875.60 per 36-hour period.
What you’ll do:
- Provide skilled nursing care in a PCU/stepdown setting, managing complex medical-surgical patients and monitoring hemodynamic status.
- Administer medications, titrate drips, perform assessments, and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to support safe transitions and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and evidence-based practice.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (state-specific as required).
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in progressive care, stepdown, or critical care.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
