Part-Time Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — Sterling, VA

Schedule & work model

• 20 hours per week (17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours)
• Hybrid: minimum 10 clinical hours onsite; up to 7 clinical hours remote
• Administrative hours completed remotely
• Flexible scheduling to meet patient needs, with at least 10 clinical hours during peak “after-school” times (after 4:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $72,500 (part-time, 20 hours/week), W2
• Total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually
• Additional $100 per clinical hour for hours beyond base caseload

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Minimum 1 year of independent psychiatric practice post-licensure
• Active Virginia PMHNP/APRN license, DEA registration, and state prescriptive authority
• Ability to be onsite for at least 10 clinical hours weekly and to work after-school hours (after 4:00 PM ET and/or weekends)
• Reliable technology (computer, phone, high-speed internet)
