We’re looking for a compassionate primary care physician trained in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care and build trusting relationships with patients and their families. - Provide high-quality clinical care across the full spectrum of primary care needs.
- Participate in population health initiatives and care coordination to improve outcomes for our communities.
- Contribute to teaching and professional development activities, including involvement in graduate medical education.

- Competitive total compensation $180,000–$320,000 annually (base + productivity incentives), commensurate with experience and training.

What we’re looking for:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
- Eligible for, or able to obtain, an unrestricted New York medical license prior to employment.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience with Epic or a comparable enterprise EHR.
- Cultural competency and/or multilingual skills are highly valued—especially Spanish, Haitian Creole, Bengali, or other languages commonly spoken in eastern Brooklyn.
- Interest in value-based care, population health, and care coordination.
- A desire to teach and mentor trainees as part of an academic and community-oriented team.
