Primary Care Physician (Family/Internal Medicine) — Community-Focused Brooklyn Role with Loan Repayment & Visa Support

We’re looking for a compassionate primary care physician trained in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care and build trusting relationships with patients and their families. Compensation & benefits:

• Competitive total compensation $180,000–$320,000 annually (base + productivity incentives), commensurate with experience and training.

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
• Eligible for, or able to obtain, an unrestricted New York medical license prior to employment.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with Epic or a comparable enterprise EHR.
• Cultural competency and/or multilingual skills are highly valued—especially Spanish, Haitian Creole, Bengali, or other languages commonly spoken in eastern Brooklyn.
• Interest in value-based care, population health, and care coordination.
• A desire to teach and mentor trainees as part of an academic and community-oriented team.
