Outpatient Geriatric Physician (Family/Internal/Geriatrics) — Brooklyn, NY

We are seeking a compassionate, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time, permanent role focuses on geriatric care in a collaborative, patient-centered, value-based model. The position offers a predictable weekday schedule with no inpatient duties and a manageable patient census.

Position highlights:

• Compensation: $230,000–$310,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibility)
• Care model: Value-based care
• Patient population: Primarily geriatric, expanding to include Internal Medicine (18+)
• Patient volume: Typical census of 7–10 patients per day
• Open to new graduates
• Bilingual/multilingual clinicians encouraged but not required

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility
• Medicare and Medicaid provider ID (active or eligible)
