Join a high-volume, well-resourced emergency department in Killeen, Texas. Provide patient-centered emergency care in a 30-bed ED that manages >50,000 visits annually and functions as a Level IV Trauma Center.

Schedule

• Four shift types: Day, AM Swing, PM Swing, Night
• Option to work 3 consecutive shifts for schedule consistency and work–life balance

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute illnesses and injuries
• Manage high-acuity and trauma cases per Level IV protocols
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and consultants
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical record documentation
• Adhere to patient safety standards and clinical best practices

Qualifications

• ABEM board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine (or equivalent Board-Certified/Board-Trained)
• Eligible for unrestricted Texas medical licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to function in a high-volume environment
• Commitment to teamwork, quality care, and continuous improvement
