Key responsibilities

• Provide emergency evaluation, stabilization, and management of acute medical and trauma patients
• Coordinate care with physicians, APPs, nursing, and support staff
• Document patient care efficiently in EPIC
• Maintain quality, safety, and timely throughput in a rural ED setting

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; ABEM or Pediatric Certification with Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• Emergency Medicine experience required
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
