Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Rural NH Practice, Competitive Pay, No Weekends

Location: Groveton (Northumberland), New Hampshire

Role summary
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients (all ages or adults) in a rural community setting. Practice autonomously, manage an independent panel, and build long-term patient relationships.

Compensation & incentives

• Base compensation with wRVU productivity and quality bonuses (target range: $250,000–$300,000)

Schedule & clinical details

• Daily patient volume: 16–22 patients/day
• Clinical schedule: 36 patient hours/week plus 4 hours administrative time/week
• May participate in daytime call rotation (no after-hours call)
• EMR: Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (per Medical Staff Bylaws)
• Completion of an accredited residency (ACGME, AOA, or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada)
• ACLS and BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Comfortable managing an independent patient panel and practicing autonomously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
