Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Littleton, NH (4x10s, 3-Day Weekends)

Join a well-established outpatient practice in Littleton, NH, serving the Grafton community for more than a century. We are seeking a Board-certified or Board-eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician for a full-time role with a robust patient base and immediate opportunity to build a caseload.

Practice details

• Schedule: Four 10-hour weekday shifts (one weekday off — either Monday or Friday)
• Call: 1:4 (phone only; inpatient admissions managed by hospitalist team)
• Clinical volume: Average 15–20 patients/day
• Visit length: 20–40 minute appointments
• EMR: Cerner

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• New Hampshire medical license and DEA required (or ability to obtain)
