Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — 4x10s, 3-Day Weekends, $275–325K, NH

Join a long-standing primary care practice in Littleton, NH, serving the Grafton community for over a century. We’re looking for a Board-certified or Board-eligible outpatient Family or Internal Medicine physician to step into a busy, well-established patient panel and quickly grow their caseload.

• Competitive base: $275,000–$325,000, dependent on experience

Schedule and practice details:

• Four 10-hour weekday shifts (one weekday off: either Monday or Friday)
• Call: 1:4 (phone-only; inpatient admits handled by hospitalists)
• EMR: Cerner
• Typical daily volume: 15–20 patients
• Appointment lengths: 20–40 minutes

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• New Hampshire medical license and DEA
