Join our team in Surprise, AZ as a full-time Internal Medicine physician where you’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan. You’ll manage a broad spectrum of primary care needs—from preventive health and routine maintenance to diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and managing complex chronic conditions—while working closely with colleagues to support whole-person health.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adults and families, including routine exams, screenings, and acute visit care.
• Develop and implement individualized plans for preventive care and health maintenance.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and heart disease, coordinating care and referrals as needed.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, medication management, lifestyle changes, and self-care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in care coordination to ensure continuity and quality of care.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Valid Arizona medical license and active DEA registration.
• Strong clinical judgement and diagnostic skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
