Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Sierra Vista, AZ | $25K Sign‑On, Up to $310K + Loan Repayment

We’re offering a $25,000 sign-on bonus and looking for a dedicated, compassionate adult medicine physician to join our Community Health Center in Sierra Vista, AZ. You’ll be delivering high-quality care in a community-focused practice, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team environment.

Compensation and benefits:

• Competitive salary up to $310,000 plus quarterly productivity bonuses.

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license and DEA registration.
• Strong clinical skills, excellent bedside manner, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
