Locums Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Flexible PRN to Full-Time at Sierra Vista Community Health Center

Seeking a Locums Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide outpatient adult primary care at a Community Health Center in Sierra Vista, AZ.

Schedule and Setting

• Options: PRN, part-time, full-time
• Shifts: half days or full days
• Practice: outpatient community health center (adult medicine)
• Patient volume: ~3–4 patients per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Deliver preventive care, screenings, and patient education
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
• DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
