Outpatient Family Medicine Physician — 100% Outpatient, Competitive Pay, Visa Sponsorship

Full-time outpatient Family Medicine position in Peoria, AZ. 100% outpatient with minimal call. Team-based practice focused on community health.

Clinical duties

• Outpatient primary care for adults and children as appropriate to scope
• Preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and care coordination
• Collaborative work with nursing and ancillary staff; participation in quality initiatives

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Prior family medicine outpatient experience preferred
