Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Duluth, GA | Flexible Schedule, No On-Call, High Pay + Incentives

We’re looking for a motivated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient team in Duluth, Georgia. You’ll work in a collaborative, patient-centered practice with a flexible schedule, extended weekday hours, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call duties.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday), 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Provide preventive care counseling and promote overall wellness
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Work closely with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• See roughly 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions with patients and colleagues

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine as noted)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to patient-centered care
