Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient, Flexible Schedule, No Call, Competitive Pay & Incentives

Join a growing outpatient team in Hamilton, Georgia, providing patient-centered primary care in a supportive, collaborative practice. We seek a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values high-quality, comprehensive care and a balanced schedule without on-call duties.

Schedule:

• Three weekdays per week (Mon–Fri): 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Every other weekend: one shift, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based primary care to adults, including preventive counseling and wellness guidance
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Collaborate with the care team to achieve quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient panel averaging 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits:

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine, as appropriate)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care
