Family Medicine Physician — Alpharetta Outpatient Role, Flexible Schedule, No Call, Competitive Pay

Join a supportive outpatient team in Alpharetta, Georgia, where you can practice patient-centered family or internal medicine with a flexible schedule and no on-call duties. We’re looking for a provider who values high-quality, comprehensive care and enjoys working collaboratively with a clinical team.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday), 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Deliver evidence-based primary care to an adult patient panel
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Address urgent care needs within the primary care setting and see walk-ins
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Maintain a patient volume of about 2–2.2 patients per hour
• Uphold professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive potential

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
