Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care (Buckhead, Atlanta)

Join a growing outpatient team in Buckhead (Atlanta), where you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a supportive, collaborative setting. We’re looking for a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values teamwork, clear communication, and a balanced schedule with minimal weekend commitment and no on-call responsibilities.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) with extended hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No on-call duties

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to an adult patient population
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent care needs in a primary care setting and accept walk-ins
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to drive quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Maintain a patient volume of about 2–2.2 patients per hour
• Uphold professionalism in all interactions with patients and team members

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive potential

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine as relevant)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care
