PRN Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Atlanta (Flexible Schedule, No Call)

Join a growing outpatient team in Atlanta, GA, where you’ll practice patient-centered Family or Internal Medicine in a supportive, collaborative setting. We offer a flexible schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call duties—ideal for clinicians who value work-life balance while delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Locations

• Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Buckhead, Dallas, Duluth, Hamilton, and Tyrone

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) with extended hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Provide evidence-based primary care for an adult patient population
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient panel averaging about 2.0–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary range: $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive potential

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine if applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
