Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Atlanta (Flexible Schedule, No Call, $230–280K + Incentive)

This role offers a flexible weekday schedule with extended hours, limited weekend coverage, and no on-call duties. Locations

• Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Buckhead, Dallas, Duluth, Hamilton, Tyrone

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday): 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent-care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine as applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
