Required Licensure & Certifications:
- Current California RN license (BRN)
- Current BLS/CPR
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- EPIC (Epic EMR) experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care for surgical patients
- Perform occasional pre-op assessments for GI patients
- Manage patient education, vital signs, monitoring, and post-op recovery protocols
- Coordinate with surgical teams, anesthesia, and perioperative staff to ensure safe patient transitions
Additional:
- Must be able to work primarily weekends as part of a rotating schedule
