Required:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
- BLS certification.
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction, including medication administration and prescribed treatments.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor and document vital signs, and maintain accurate charting.
- Manage wound care—cleaning, dressing, assessment for infection or complications.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care.
- Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control and safety protocols.
