Requirements:
- Valid, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Core responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
- Perform patient assessments; administer medications and prescribed treatments.
- Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
- Monitor and document vital signs regularly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control procedures.
