Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician — Hospitalist (Kenosha, WI; Skilled Nursing Facilities)

Join a collaborative team delivering high-quality care to post-acute and long-term care patients across skilled nursing facilities in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, meaningful clinical impact, and partnership with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide patient-centered care and clinical oversight at assigned facilities.

Practice locations:

• Primary: Kenosha, WI
• Additional WI opportunities: Florence, Montello, Owen
• Nationwide openings: GA, KS, IL, LA, IN, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN

Position highlights:

• Part-time coverage, typically 1–2 days per week per facility
• No fixed start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
• Average 18–25 visits per day

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
