Job Description

Join a collaborative team delivering high-quality medical care across skilled nursing facilities in Owen, Wisconsin. This full-time Medical Director/Attending Physician role offers flexible scheduling, clinical leadership, and the opportunity to positively impact post-acute and long-term care patients. You will work closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care and oversight at assigned facilities.

Additional facility opportunities available in Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, and North Carolina.

Role highlights

  • Full-time position covering local skilled nursing facilities; providers typically see each facility 1–2 days per week
  • No fixed start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
  • Patient volume of approximately 18–25 visits per day
  • Flexible schedule that supports work–life balance
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE for documentation
  • New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license, or eligibility for licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
