Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician — Skilled Nursing & Hospitalist Care

We’re looking for a compassionate, clinically strong Medical Director/Attending Physician to care for residents in skilled nursing facilities around Montello, Wisconsin. This part-time role offers great schedule flexibility, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a real difference for post-acute and long-term care patients.

You’ll work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, providing hands-on patient care as well as clinical leadership and oversight at assigned facilities.

Locations

• Primary: Montello, WI
• Additional Wisconsin opportunities: Florence, Kenosha, Owen
• Nationwide openings available in select states including GA, KS, IL, LA, IN, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, and TN

What the role looks like

• Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities (typically 1–2 days per week at each site)
• No fixed start/end times and no overnight shifts or on-call duties
• Average of 18–25 patient visits per day
• New graduates who are board-eligible and working toward licensure are encouraged to apply
• Company equipment provided (iPad with LTE for documentation and a professional lab coat)

Qualifications

• MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
• Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care
