Family Medicine NP/PA — 4-Day Week, No Nights/Weekends, Fall River (FT/PT, $120-150K)

We’re a well-established, physician-owned multispecialty group in Fall River, MA, looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an experienced Family Medicine physician in an office-based practice. What the role looks like

• Outpatient family medicine in a supportive team environment.
• Full-time: 36–40 hours/week across four days (Thursdays off). No nights, no weekends, no on-call.
• Part-time option available (2–3 days/week) for qualified candidates.
• Immediate opening with expedited onboarding.

Who we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active Massachusetts NP or PA license.
• Current DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR).
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team.
• Prior primary care experience preferred, but recent graduates with solid clinical training and confidence are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
