Job Description
Join a mission-driven healthcare team in Quincy, MA, delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care in both clinic and telehealth settings. In this role you’ll build lasting relationships with patients, support them in achieving health goals, and contribute to improved individual and community wellness through a longitudinal, team-based care model and modern clinical technology.
You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan, using evidence-based practices, electronic health records, and telehealth tools. This position requires clinical autonomy, strong communication, and a commitment to continuity of care.
Please note: new graduates are not eligible for this position at this time.

Qualifications
- Active NP license in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain one
- National NP certification
- Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience as an NP in primary care or a related setting (new graduates not considered)
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based primary care
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with diverse patients
- Professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and respect for patient confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
