Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Skilled Nursing Facility (Ovid, MI)

We’re expanding our team that delivers compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Ovid, Michigan. What the role looks like

• Full-time positions with flexible schedules to support work-life balance
• Typical facility shifts are six hours; rounds usually start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No overnight shifts or on-call requirements
• You’ll perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop and prescribe treatment plans
• Documentation is streamlined with an EHR that includes AI scribe support and voice dictation; we provide an iPad with LTE
• Access to UpToDate® for point-of-care clinical guidance

What we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• National board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred
