Location: Haverhill and Newport/North Haverhill, New Hampshire (part-time)
Overview
Provide clinical leadership and attendingship across local skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medical visits, assessments, and care planning for skilled nursing facility residents
- Supervise and collaborate with NPs/PAs, providing clinical oversight and guidance
- Document encounters and coordinate with facility staff and families
- Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities as required
Schedule & Clinical Volume
- Part-time; typically cover each facility 1–2 days per week
- No fixed start/end times, no call, no overnight shifts
- Typical daily volume: 18–25 visits
- Flexible scheduling to support work–life balance
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for documentation

Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure encouraged to apply
