Job Description
Join a growing post-acute care team in North Conway, New Hampshire, as a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physician. This full-time, facility-based inpatient role offers an excellent work–life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM–5:00 PM), no weekends and no on-call responsibilities. Additional opportunities are available in Hyannis, MA, and Burlington and St. Albans, VT.
Key responsibilities and features
- Provide inpatient/post-acute care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
- Manage medically complex patients with a focus on recovery and quality of life
- Build long-term patient relationships while working with an interdisciplinary care team
- High degree of clinical autonomy supported by robust clinical resources
- Flexible employment options: full-time, part-time, and PRN
Compensation and benefits
- Guaranteed base compensation $200,000–$500,000+, with most full-time physicians earning $300,000–$500,000

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
- Active, unrestricted state medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure; DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Prior experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed
