Pulmonary/Critical Care NP or PA — Outpatient/Inpatient Mix, No Nights/Weekends, Fall River MA

Join a well-established, multispecialty medical group in Fall River, MA, where you’ll be part of a collaborative pulmonary and critical care team focused on patient-centered care. This role offers a mix of outpatient and inpatient pulmonary medicine, working alongside experienced pulmonary physicians and advanced practice colleagues in a supportive environment.

You’ll split your time between office-based ambulatory care and hospital-based pulmonary consults on a weekly rotation, alternating between clinic weeks and inpatient consult weeks with two fellow APPs. While the broader Pulmonary team manages a 12-bed ICU and performs advanced pulmonary procedures, this position does not include direct ICU patient management.

What to expect:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
• Alternating weekly schedule between outpatient clinic duties and inpatient pulmonary consult rounding
• Use of eClinicalWorks for documentation, patient management, and e-prescribing
• Access to a dedicated lung cancer screening program, specialized COPD and lung nodule clinics, and an on-site Pulmonary Function Testing lab
• On-site imaging and laboratory services for streamlined patient care

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current Massachusetts NP or PA license, active DEA registration, and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
• Clinical experience in pulmonary, critical care, internal medicine, hospital medicine, or primary care is preferred
• Strong assessment skills and sound clinical decision-making

Compensation and benefits:
