Hospitalist Physician — 7-on/7-off Schedule | Fall River, MA

What the role looks like

• Schedule: 7-on / 7-off blocks, assigned to one of two local hospitals per week.
• Day shift (rounding): 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Admitting “swing” shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• You should be willing to rotate between day and swing shifts. There are no required overnight shifts.
• Extra shifts are available for those who want to increase earnings.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive base salary, estimated $260,000–$315,000+ depending on experience and shift participation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to compassionate, team-based care.
