Hospitalist Physician — Boston, MA (7-on/7-off)

Join a busy, physician-led hospital medicine group serving several hospitals just north of Boston. You’ll practice high-quality inpatient medicine in a collaborative, team-based setting that values excellent patient care, clinician development, and operational excellence.

This is a full-time role on a 7-on/7-off rotation across a respected regional hospital network. We use Cerner for charting and support an environment with opportunities for leadership, professional growth, and career advancement.

Compensation and benefits are competitive and include:

• Base salary range $280,000–$325,000 (dependent on experience and shift structure)

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for or currently hold an unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced hospital environment
