Key responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care on a 7-on / 7-off nocturnist schedule to support work–life balance
• Perform admissions, daily assessments, rounds, and discharges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Cerner EMR
• Participate in quality improvement and operational initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and team performance

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM)
• Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with commitment to evidence-based care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative hospital environment
