Part‑Time Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant — Skilled Nursing Facilities (Florence, WI)

Provide patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Cumberland and Florence, WI. Part-time role with flexible scheduling, no call or overnight responsibilities. Work collaboratively with physicians, facility staff, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care.

Location options also available in GA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MO, and TN.

Schedule and Clinical Duties

• Part-time; six-hour facility shifts
• Rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• Average 15–20 patient visits per day
• No on-call or overnight shifts
• Perform daily rounds, assess and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Company-provided iPad with LTE

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• NP board certification: ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN; PA certification: NCCPA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, Geriatrics, PM&R, or ED
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
