Hospitalist NP/PA — Full-Time SNF Role in Ovid, MI | No Nights/Call, Competitive Pay + $50K Retention

Join a growing, collaborative team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Ovid, Michigan. We seek compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of older adults in a team-based setting.

Locations

• Ovid, Michigan, with additional opportunities nationwide in Illinois, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

Schedule & Clinical Practice

• Full-time roles with flexible scheduling; typical facility shifts are six hours and generally begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities.
• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop and prescribe treatment plans, and coordinate care with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.

Clinical Tools & Workflow

• Efficient documentation using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation.
• Company-provided iPad with LTE for charting and communication.
• Access UpToDate® for point-of-care clinical guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Preferred experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care.
