Job Description

We’re expanding our team caring for residents in skilled nursing facilities across Andover, Massachusetts, and we’re looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working with older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting. Where we’re hiring

  • Andover, MA (additional opportunities available nationwide in IL, MI, NH, NC, OH, and WI)

What the role looks like

  • Full-time positions with flexible scheduling
  • Typical full-time day: six-hour facility shifts; rounds usually start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
  • No on-call or overnight responsibilities
  • You’ll perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment and medication plans, and coordinate with the care team
  • Documentation is streamlined with an EHR that includes an AI scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
  • Clinical decision support available through UpToDate®

What we’re looking for

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
  • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred
