Hospitalist NP/PA — Skilled Nursing (Altoona, WI) | Flexible 6-hr Shifts, No Call, Competitive Pay

We’re looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working with older adults and want to make a meaningful difference in a supportive, team-based setting.

Where you can work

• Primarily Altoona, WI, with additional opportunities in IL, MA, MI, NH, NC, and OH.

What a typical day looks like

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling.
• Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers; rounds usually start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities.
• You’ll perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop and prescribe treatment plans, and coordinate care with facility staff and families.

Clinical tools and support

• Streamlined EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation to minimize documentation time.
• Company-provided iPad with LTE and access to UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance.
• Lab coat provided.

What we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred but not required.
