Hospitalist NP/PA – Skilled Nursing, Flexible 6‑hr Shifts, No Call, Up to $50K Retention Incentive

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Cahokia and Hillsboro, IL, in a collaborative, team-based setting. Opportunities also available nationwide (MA, MI, NH, NC, OH, WI).

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily facility rounds (acute and chronic condition management)
• Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans
• Complete timely documentation using company EHR with AI scribe and voice dictation
• Communicate with facility staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Use UpToDate® for point-of-care clinical guidance

Schedule and work environment

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling
• Typical rounds begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers
• No call or overnight responsibilities
• Company-provided iPad with LTE and lab coat

Minimum qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or equivalent)
• Preferred: experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care
