Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — 4x10s, 3-Day Weekends, $275-325K + Benefits

Join a long-standing, well-established outpatient practice in Littleton, NH, serving the Grafton community for over a century. We seek a Board-certified or Board-eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician to step into a robust patient base and quickly build a rewarding caseload.

Practice details

• Schedule: Four 10-hour weekday shifts (one weekday off; either Monday or Friday)
• Call: 1:4, phone-only (hospitalist team manages admissions)
• EMR: Cerner
• Patient volume: Average 15–20 patients per day
• Appointment length: 20–40 minutes

Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active New Hampshire medical license and DEA
