Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care (Lima, OH)

We seek compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are committed to improving the health and quality of life of older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting.

Highlights

• Full-time roles with flexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers; rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No on-call or overnight duties
• Daily rounding, management of acute and chronic conditions, and development of medication and treatment plans
• Efficient documentation via a streamlined EHR featuring AI scribe support, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
