- Full-time permanent position with leadership and clinical responsibilities
- Manageable volume of 13-15 patients per day
- At least 2 years of Primary Care or Urgent Care experience required
- Scheduled acute visits with no ongoing patient panel
- 36 patient hours plus 4 dedicated administrative hours weekly
