Job Description
- 24-hour shifts -- in-house mornings, on-call remainder of shift
- Average census: 10 - 13 patients
- Level III (B) NICU -- 25 weeks and up, grower/feeder focus
- Team model: 1 neonatologist + 1 NNP per shift, NNPs conduct rounds
- Umbilical lines, intubations, and occasional chest tubes required
- Vaginal and C-section deliveries with neonatal emergency response
- No surgical cases onsite
- J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcomed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
