Job Description
- 24-hour shifts -- in-house mornings, remainder on call
- Shared call model -- 1:3 ratio as team expands (low call burden)
- Average census: 10 - 13 patients; Level III (B) acuity, 25 weeks and up
- Team model: 1 neonatologist + 1 NNP per shift
- NNPs conduct daily rounds -- neonatologist leads assessments and planning
- Grower/feeder focus -- ventilation support, no surgical cases onsite
- Procedures: umbilical lines, intubations, occasional chest tubes
- J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcomed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
