Job Summary:

Join our PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) in Western North Carolina. We provide comprehensive, team-based care for older adults so they can live safely and well in their communities.

Qualified Candidates:

• Board eligible/certified in any specialty
• This is an independent role, and candidates must have experience treating complex geriatric, internal medicine, and mental health patients
• Please note that this position does not offer visa support

 Position Highlights:

• Part-time role to provide coverage for vacation, sick leave, surge volume, SNF support and anticipated program growth as we expand into additional counties
• Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 9 am to 4:30 pm
• You will work alongside Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers, Therapists, and Volunteers in a supportive environment dedicated to quality of life
• Provide primary care for PACE participants including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care planning and oversight
